1. 라이브 수업
- 결제 후 환불 불가

2. 동영상 강의, 전자책 등 디지털 콘텐츠
- 결제 후 콘텐츠 접근이 시작된 경우: 환불 불가
- 콘텐츠 접근 전 취소 시: 전액 환불

3. 환불 절차
환불은 요청일로부터 7영업일 이내 결제 수단으로 처리됩니다.

- Non-refundable

2. Digital Content (Video lectures, e-books, etc.)

- Once access to content has started: Non-refundable

- Cancel before access begins: Full refund

3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days from the request date.

- No reembolsable

 

2. Contenido digital (videoclases, libros electrónicos, etc.)

- Una vez iniciado el acceso al contenido: No reembolsable

- Cancelación antes del inicio del acceso: Reembolso completo

 

3. Proceso de reembolso

Los reembolsos se procesan al método de pago original en un plazo de 7 días hábiles a partir de la fecha de solicitud.
